My Baked Snapper
Fish is a very versatile ingredient. I mostly fry or grill my fish. This baked snapper might just make me change eating habit. It is succulent and so delicious and healthy too. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Unless stated otherwise, set temperature to medium high heat. Share and subscribe.
Recipe
What you need
2 medium sized snapper
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon salt (adjust)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 teaspoon each cumin and coriander
1 tablespoon olive oil/veg oil
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Directions
Clean and score fish. Scoring fish is cutting diagonal strips along it. Combine all the ingredients except the fish in a bowl. Using a spoon or fingers, push the ingredients into the scored part of the fish and the side also. Do it gently so as to not bruise the fish. Allow Fish to marinade if you have the time or bake immediately. Bake for 20-30 mins depending on the size. Cook down the rest of the marinade and use as a sauce for the fish.
Serve with my Quinoa or perhaps my fried rice
