The Ultimate Stir Fry Sauce
This stir fry sauce is literally liquid gold in a bowl. It is spicy, tangy and sweet. This is just what you need for your beef stir fry , chicken stir fry etc. The great part is that it is it can be used as a dipping sauce, you just have to cook it down until it thickens up or even as a marinade. what you need
6 garlic cloves
1 small ginger, peeled
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon plain flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar
7 red chili 🌶 peppers (as much or little as you want)
Directions
Toast sesame oil for 2 mins or until it begins to smell nutty. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and voilà, your stir fry sauce is ready. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
