My Turmeric Rice

Rice is my go to dish when I’m not really sure about what I want to eat, which is quite often because I’m never sure about what I want to eat. This means that I cook rice a lot and it can be somewhat tiring to eat it over and over again. This is when I start to do variations of it and that’s where this turmeric rice steps in to save the day. By toasting the turmeric in the oil and by adding onions and garlic, you end up with a really delicious rice dish that can be eaten on its own if you wish to. This turmeric rice is so delicious and pairs beautifully with my grilled prawns, chicken stew or even my chicken sauce . It's super easy to make and could easily become your favorite side dish or even a main.
