Grilled Chicken Salad
I’m all about easy meals right now because I don't really have the energy to do much. This grilled chicken salad requires minimal prep and is really delicious. I hoe you enjoy it. You can replace grilled chicken with fried if that's what you have and it'd still be equally great.

what you need
350 grilled chicken
2 cups sliced cabbage
1 small greed pepper, diced
1 small onion, sliced
1 carrot, grated
2 small tomatoes. diced
Use your favorite veggies. I used these because that was I had in my fridge. This recipe doubles well too.
Mango Habanero hot sauce
2 mangoes
1 medium sized onion
2 garlic cloves
Habanero peppers (as much as you want)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt
Dressing
5 tablespoons mango habanero sauce (replace with any hot sauce but you'd need to adjust the quantity)
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar/lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt to taste.
Directions
Blend all the ingredients for the mango habanero hot sauce. Taste and adjust salt. Cook on low heat for 2 mins just to get rid of the raw taste.
Combine all the ingredients to make the dressing and set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
To make the salad, toss the veggies together. Add a pinch of salt and stir. Add grilled chicken and a bit of the salad dressing. Add the salad dressing in bits until int reaches desired taste.
